Through community wide events and fundraisers, we plan to bring people together forming a sense of belonging and inspiration. Pink Warriors will help educate and train children in the community to volunteer alongside us and encourage them to take action.
Julia Penan is a high school student at Blind Brook High School in Westchester, New York. She created Pink Warriors because her mother battled Breast Cancer during 2018 & 2019. Julia is interested in helping people fight breast cancer and donating to research to find a cure. In her free time, you can find Julia skiing, baking, or playing tennis.
Ring The Bell!, a children's book written by Julia & illustrated by Lisa Cummings, was written to help four to ten year-old kids understand and process when a parent has cancer. 100% of book profits will be donated to Pink Aid and similar charities. Where proceeds support breast cancer patients in need and fund similar charities.
